Located just east of Halstead on Cermak, Dev Photography studio is a great industrial space for office space gatherings, photo shoots, meet ups and parties.
The building was once part of the model T Ford company (which is why the street is named Ford). It has a free parking lot on the south side of the building and has a cta buss stop directly across the street on Cermak.
The space itself is 350sf with other common area's in the building including bathrooms and a kitchenette. The surrounding area is also full of industrial inspiration! Standing room occupancy is about 60 people for events, 40 if seating is needed.
I will be subletting the space for maternity leave starting anytime in April till the end of September 2016. The cost is $500 per month with one day per month reserved for me to use it (weekend dates most likely). The space can stay as furnished as needed/desired and anything not needed in the space can be stored elsewhere.
